Exported video appears with horizontal movement lines

Hi, when I export my video with FCP X, parts with fast movements appear with horizontal lines, original files are 2 videos shot with the same camera at 25i, does anyone know how I can get rid of this?

Final Cut Pro X, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Can't export the full video The image of the issue: https://imgur.com/a/17DdFYqHi, please refer to the asserted link which is the screenshot of the issue I've met with. I don't know how to alter the width of the 'bright' part of the video so that I can export the full video and I tried to sort it out using Google search but there's no helpful info about this.This issue is driving me crazy and a timely reply would be appreciated.Thanks,Wei

You’re seeing the interlacing which is designed for television display. Try modifying the project properties and changing the frame rate to 25p.
