If you see an iPhone for a lower price there is a good chance it is either gray market or used, unless it is an Apple authorized reseller of iPhones (not just computers). Pay the extra at an Apple Store if you have any doubt at all.
I find it is safest to purchase iPhones at the Apple Store.
You are of course aware that the iPhone warranty will only be supported in the country of purchase so you should always purchase your iPhone there

Unfortunately for the OP there is no Apple Store or direct Apple sales in Saudi Arabia. Not sure why the OP mentioned Apple Store unless it's comparing prices from another country. It also looks like the only options would all be carrier locked.
I was guessing the OP was not from Saudi Arabia, hence the reason I included the the warning about the warranty. That is always a problem when insufficient information is provided and it forces us to start guessing.

In that case buying a phone in Saudi Arabia might not be the best option since the only authorized options are carrier locked.
Just make sure that it's an Apple "Authorized Reseller". You can check here:
What's the name of the store? Discounted prices aren't unusual for Apple products.
is it safe to buy iphone x from any store at jeddha saudi arabia or must iphone store?
