I and My Girlfriend buy iphone 8 plus from AIS Store(Thailand)
But after 1 week
My girlfriend tell me about screen error.(Please see link youtube)
This is error becuase iOSsystem or Hardware?
How i can fix it?

Try to force restart that device:
Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo. Then test it.
If the issue still persists, go back to the reseller, keeping in mind that you have 14 days (from the date of purchase) to get a refund.
