It should change automatically when you change the orientation of your iPhone. If it doesn't you may have orientation lock turned on. You can turn that off in Control Center. Open Control Center by swiping up starting from below the bottom of the home screen. The orientation lock icon looks like a lock partially surrounded by a semicircular arrow.
