Apple Music player refreshes now playing

Apple Music player refreshes now playing

My music player keeps refreshing my now playing list. If I’m listening to an album or playlist it automatically defaults to shuffling all my songs should I pause or stop listening for a little while.

Screenshot below displays default state after the ‘refresh’

Please advise on how I can resolve this issue

I understand from your post that when you stop or pause your music that it shuffles the music and refreshes. In a situation like this force closing the Music app and restarting your iPhone may help:

letladi,

You may also want to try deleting the music app and then adding it back again. Please be aware that doing this will remove all downloaded music from your iPhone that you saved from iCloud Music Library. The following article has steps to delete the Music app which you may find helpful:
