Double Charge

I’ve been double charged for my Smule app for the last 3 months ..$2.99 the 1st month was 2 days apart ... but March and April I was charge on the same day April 9th $2.99 twice and March 28th twice $2.99 and May 9th $2.99 twice .. and I can’t renew my account at smule claiming my subscription has expired But won’t renew ... 1st I would like a refund of all over charges and then access To renewing my smule .. I thank you and hope that this can be resolved !
