I have an apple watch 3. I noticed on my phone's apple watch icon, it says "complications" where there is a list of apps and then says Do not include and there is a list of apps. What does all this mean? Complicated??

A complication is the little quick access app icon at the corners of the main watch screen. Nothing complicated about them, except deciding which ones you want on your display.
