Apple Jobs

My question is complex, but about the job application process. I have worked under Volt with Apple on two occasions. From what i was told, I completed both contracts very well and at the top of my teams.

I have applied directly with Apple multiple times over the years and never seem to get contacted back or offered an interview. I have referred many friends to apply to jobs at Apple, and they seem to get in and a job in a matter of days.

I have turned off the subscription to jobs at Apple many of times, because of the discouragement of the process and never getting a chance. Yet, it seems to pop back up, giving what feels like false hope. I update my account every so often to keep things up to date, as well.

I am highly passionate about Apple and would absolutely love to work for them again. Is there something that is wrong with my account that has me red flagged to never be offered an interview? Am I missing something in the process? How can I be offered a fair chance to apply, interview, and work at Apple again?
