Why does my phone give me the message Apple ID is disabled?

Every time I try to update an app or download a new app I get a message saying my Apple ID is disabled. I have reset my password with no luck!

If you receive a message that your AppleID has been disabled, you should first read this document. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/ht204106

Be aware, Apple never send email advice that your AppleID has been disabled.

You can also obtain help via this link.

If you sense that your ID has been compromised in some way, choose your country from this link and follow the appropriate instructions.
