Why do I only hear out of my right ear

This Just started happening to me. I have an Iphone 7 and the pair of earbuds I have will only send sound out of the right earbud

See this, If your headphones don't work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support including contacting Apple Support if necessary.

Also, you can go to Settings>General>Accessibility, then you can find the area where you can check the balance for the volume.
