Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My Apple ID is disabled. I’ve changed my password several times and still my Apple ID is disabled. What else should I do?

What to do after [or before] you change your Apple ID email address or password - https://support.apple.com/HT204071 - "After you change your Apple ID email address or password, you might need to update your sign-in information with any Apple services you're using." - Or if you're seeing persistent disabled messages or repeated requests for the password to your previous Apple ID.

Your Apple ID account becomes disabled for one of two reasons. Either


1) You tried to enter the wrong password or wrong security answers too many times - in this case, head over to https://iforgot.apple.com to get started toward recovering your account


or


2) You owe the iTunes Store money or there is a problem with your iTunes account - in this case, head over to iTunes - Official Apple Support for assistance or fill out this form: https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
