Fake email from Apple Support

They have sent me an email that they have signed in from iphone 8 and they bought an app 60’dollars and i ignored it the first time because i saw that it was fake because my current email that i use for this iphone is this one that im talking to you.

the second email that they sent me its the same eith the amount of 100 dolars app that they bought.. what i should do to stop this email?? I dont know if its a virus or something else.

It is a definite phishing attempt. The first indicator is that they refer to you as "Dear Client"

Do not respond to the bogus email.

Other huge giveaways are the two links. Apple never includes links cancel a purchase, and certainly not to manage your account passwords.


It's not a virus, or any other type of malware. The crooks blindly send out thousands of these things a day, hoping to get access to as many Apple user accounts as possible. The links take you to a fake site where they ask you to fill in your user ID and password. Sometimes, even your Social Security Number, which Apple absolutely has no need for - ever.


Also, check out all of the grammatical mistakes in your second image. Apple would never send out anything this badly worded. They are very careful about using proper English in all communications.
