Can’t access cellular data on my iphone with my backup

Hello,

i just switch SIM card and I check the apn information and reset network parameters... but I can’t have access to data LTE or 3G. I put my sim in another iphone and it works.

after 2 hours of backup I restaure my iPhone and it finally works. So I decide to restaure my previous backup... and it does not work anymore.

what can I do/check to understand why my backup seems to be corrupt, I just changed sim. Do I miss someting?
