Update ver 11.3 ios iPhone x

Why update already Face ID will automatik disable? I have see many blog that say Face ID got problem after version 11.2 .i just brought it not yet half month and can’t use Face ID after update .izit u guy apple technical nid to fix this issue .just say back to apple can solve if I at oversea how?
