Itunes Vs Ipod Classic

My itunes account on Windows 10 computer stopped verifying Ipod Classic.

Can you offer a workable solution?

Apple downloaded a new version update. Since the new version download, itunes recognized my ipod

classic, downloaded the libraries and all is good. Thanks for responding to my query as I have new tools

to research issues.

There is no screen shot to send. itunes simply locks up with the statement "verifying ipod" and that is it. Even in disk mode windows 10 found no issues. I feel it was a windows 10 upgrade that has caused verification to fail as there are no other changes. itunes versions upgrade may have also made my old ipod classic unable to sync. If you know of others with same problem and a solution I would like to know.

But where? In a pop-up dialog, the notification area at the top of the iTunes window where track names are displayed, somewhere else? I've not seen it which is why I am asking. Are you using an original Apple brand cable? What anti-virus are you running?
