I’d like to know if it’s possible to use Apple Pay for POS transactions without having to use a terminal swiper. I have a business checking account and currently use PayPal, then transfer that money into my bank account once available. I send invoices through text or email. Can Apple Pay fo this?

Apple Pay does not use Swipe terminals in any way since it does not use physical cards, and you cannot physically swipe an iPhone in a slot.
Apple Pay uses NFC terminals. Bring the iPhone close to the NFC reader to start the transaction.

Alternatively you could use Apple Pay Cash for person to person transfers over iMessage.
