ITUNES deleted all backups

Hi! My iPhone 7 was overloaded, I decided to restaart it and instead it made me a “loop” screen. So I recovered iPhone. I had my backup records, but after updating my iTunes on computer, they are all appeared deleted and I ca’n’t restore all my files. Like how? Where are they? 128GB vanished into thin air

Last but not least - I didn’t use iCloud storage, only iTunes backups

Updating iTunes should not affect your backup files, as the iTunes update is just a program update, not anything with the data files. If you go to Edit>Preferences>Devices, you do not see any backups listed there?
