How to clone a user account

I've created a new user on my MacBook Pro, as an administrator, just like my account-the original user. How can I copy all my setting from my account to the new account so everything will look and work the same as my account?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)

Sorry, not the same user name. I've gone back to college and wanted to set up a different user name for the class I'm attending. We've been instructed to bring our laptop to every class, so I'd like to set up a new user for the each class and wanted to have the same settings as my normal account. After the account is setup I can then remove all the apps on the bottom bar that won't be needed. Basic setting that I have in my main account, like pressing F1 to save in Microsoft Word, aren't working on the new user I set up. I just didn't want to go through all the settings and have to set it all up, like I have on my main user admin account.

You can create another account in Users & Groups preferences. Click on the lock icon and enter your admin password when prompted. Click on the Add [+] button at the bottom of the users' list to create a new user. A new dialog appears on the right. Be sure you select Admin as the account type. Complete the other requested information. When you begin using the account then you can configure it to your liking. You can setup Fast User Switching to make it easy to switch between user accounts.

You can use Aliases in your new account in order to access all your apps from the first account.
