To cancel the Genius bar appointment

I am pretty sure that you can cancel your Genius reservation from a link on the webpage for the Apple Store which you are going to

I'll use my Store's page to illustrate where the link is - I don't have a Genius reservation to cancel to test, but I have done so in the past

You will get an email confirming the cancellation

You don't need to cancel the appointment Charlie. If you don't show up they'll just go to the next scheduled appointment regardless.
