iPhone 5s can’t connect to Bluetooth selfie stick

Are you able to connect different Bluetooth devices to your iPhone? do they work?

Should different BT devices be able to connect to your iPhone, contact Foneso support and ask them if they have a software/firmware update for that device.

Yes, Lou-mic24, if your iPhone can connect via Bluetooth to a different device, it means that your iPhone's connections are working fine. That problem is not coming from your iPhone.

I think that the stick's manufactorer gave you an app for your iPhone (in order to configure the stick's activity), and that app is only for iOS devices. Perhaps, without that app, your laptop can't pair with the selfie-stick.
