Accidentally deleted messages icon
My son was playing on my phone and accidentally deleted the messages icon from my main screen. I am able to see it in settings, but have no idea how to restore it to the main screen- please help! Thanks!

The Messages app cannot be deleted. Check other home screen or folders for it. Otherwise, use Spotlight search for the app, and if located, it will show the name of the folder that it is located in.
Last step if necessary, go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen Layout. Understand, that will restore all the default settings for apps and folders.
