How to download free music straight from Safari into music

Sorry, this is not supported in iOS. You can download music to your laptop/computer, transfer it to iTunes, then sync it over to your iPhone via iTunes sync, but you can't download music directly from Safari to your Apple Music app on iPhone.

I am afraid you can't! You can download music from App Store or Sync your downloaded music to your iPhone via itunes.
