Why do I have a call voice mail button instead of a set up voice mail button?

Hey I have Just got my iPhone 8 and want a visual voice mail but I don’t have a set up button just a call voicemail button. I have tired the reset stetting and reset network path but didn’t help what do I do?

Visual Voicemail is a function of the carrier. From what I can see, it is possible that Optus does not provide visual voicemail to its retail consumers. You would have to contact them to find out.
