Can I see what apps are downloaded on my daughter's ipad and iphone?

Do you have Family Sharing set up?
If so, open up the App Store app, click on yourself (top right corner), click on Purchased, then you can select from your purchases or family purchases to see what family members have purchased. (doesn't necessarily mean the app is still on her device)
Easiest method: Take possession of her device and look.
