No sound on Snapchat videos

hi there I’m having issues with Snapchat for the last week I’ve had no sound in playback after I record a snap!!!! Help is needed here. I have deleted the app reinstalled the app turned off Bluetooth and wifi and still no sound lost at what to do next....

Snapchat play back has no sound I can hear everybody else’s snapchats, my microphone works on normal video and people can hear me in phone calls, but whenever I record a video on Snapchat, it’s almost mute and is quite static. Please help has been going on for about 8 months.
