When I access my profile I get this message:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://discussions.apple.com/profile/NorfolkJak" on this server.

And then I am unable to get back in.

What browser are you using? Try another one to test.
Try disabling any extensions/add-ons.
Where are you trying to access your profile from? With that error message, that means tells me that someone other than the original user is trying to access that file. So when you're accessing your profile, are you doing it through your signed into your account or with another account?

See your profile I suspect this is a temporary issue and will resolve itself in due time. Not your problem
