No, the warranty is not international. You would need to take it back to Hong Kong for warranty service.

According to Apple warranty terms and conditions, no, you can't. Warranty is applied only in the country where you bought your device. So Apple Stores and/or Authorized Service Providers could refuse to service your iPhone. They are not obliged to give you assistance.

But, but... Sometimes people at Apple Stores or AASP, can close their eyes...
