I can’t disable iCloud keychain

I’m trying to disable my iCloud keychain on iCloud and all devices.

I’m trying to do it as this article instructs:

https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204085

but I can’t see any keychain > advised, as suggested by the article.

i can just see Keychain (as illustrated in the photo).

In the mac something similar happens, I can’t see Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud >Account details >Allow approving using security code.”,such checkbox doesn’t appear there….

If you are using two factor authentication , when you open system preferences and click on iCloud > the box of keychain is checked but options button will not be shown , to again bring back the option button see these articlesTwo-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support

https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT207198

Or a simple method if your Apple ID is kept same as your web mail id ( a mail will always come in inbox from here itself click on disable two factor authentication ) .
