Help! Was able to go to site but now i can't?

I just got my macbook pro and only a week since i've been using it. the first few days i was able to go to this site for work: https://connex.ngsmedicare.com/ on chrome and safari and able to use the site no problem. but since yesterday i can't access this site at all and it states :

"404 not found Not Found requested URL / was not found on this server."

yet when i go to the website on my phone or other places- it works perfectly fine.

i tried to check if there's anything blocking it but i can't find any issues.

The site itself is working, so it's something with my macbook pro is there anyone that can help and tell me what i can do to access this site 😟 ? It's for work, tried contacting apple but it says no one is available....I can only suspect it must be the settings or preferences but i googled and went through everything and nothing seems to be blocking the site either?

Thank you 😢

It's for work,

Then contact your work, this had nothing to do with Apple.

It is a subdomain of the top level domain which is up:

https://www.ngsmedicare.com There is a link there for your connex.ngsmedicare.com

I get the same 404 error. This has nothing to do with you or your mac. Same 404 on the mobile site—(maybe it is still in your cache is the only reason your mobile device can still render the site.)

This 404 could be for many reason out of your control. For example if it made its way on to a blocklist at https://www.spamhaus.org/

It may take a day or two to get removed.

ohh wow thanks everyone! i would love to contact my work haha but it's a gov't site so they probably can't help me either. but it's strange because all my directors all use mac as well and i can still access it in everyone else's computer pc or mac. it's only my mac that i've ever seen this error for two days straight but just a few days before it was working fine 😟 yeah i've tried various ways to go to the site fromhttps://www.ngsmedicare.com/ site itself to the saved book mark one that i've always used. okay will take note 🙂 thank you again hehehe have a wonderful day!

You can try manually changing your DNS server settings. Take note of what they are now, and change (reference what your directors are using.)

>System Preferences>Network>Advanced>DNS

You can also renew the DHCP lease
