Why i cant add paypal payment? Im from Lithuania.

If i chose united kingdom, i can add paypal option, but if i set my country, i cant add paypal.

PayPal is only available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
