i cant download snapchat off of my IPhone 4s. Everytime i try to install it it will say update to IOS 10.0 to use this application. Please help

I doubt the developers wrote the code that generates that message for their own amusement. It is probable that you do need iOS 10 in order to install SnapChat.

That iPhone can’t be updated past 9.3.5. Try downloading Snapchat to a computer or newer iOS device first.
