Mostly recent change to iCloud that is very wrong it is not right in my opinion that I can no longer use the storage on my iPad which is 128 GB. Without having the iCloud storage to back it up first. I bought this iPad for its capacity with extra money for extra money so I wouldn't have to use the iCloud if I didn't want to but now I'm forced to and that's that's monopolizingIt should be illegal in my opinion. Want to cancel use of icloud but find it confusing What does this mean? It's crap like this that make me stop using icloud. Why would you want to erase from my computer rather than just erase the stuff in icloud? Bizarre instructions and program behavior.

No one here can unlock your device. Are you the original owner, or did you purchase this phone used/second hand? If so, then contact the previous owner, they need to remove the device from their account, otherwise the device is useless to you. You will not be able to bypass Activation Lock.
