no subscription Option in settings (iphone 7).

  1. I am in UAE and using iphone 7, i wish to cancel one paid application. i am trying all the ways but couldnt find the subscription option in order to cancel further payment for particular application.
  2. Launch the Settings app.
  3. Tap iTunes & App Store.
  4. Tap on your Apple ID.
  5. Tap View Apple ID when the pop up window appears.
  6. Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
  7. THERE IS NO Tap Subscriptions.
  8. kindly help

Check Settings>General>Restrictions, to see if you have any on. Otherwise, that would lead on to believe that you do not have a subscription that you made through iTunes. It is possible that you made it through the app developer.


How did you make this subscription, or did you receive some type of message that stated you had one? If you received an email message, it is very possible that it was a phishing attempt to get your account information. See this for help in identifying phishing messages. Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support


This may help as well. Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
