Malware Delete

when opening up safari (only) receiving a message “computer is infected and could possibly gain access to bank account information“ - stating to call Apple support immediately 888-241-9367.... which seems to be a scam. Locks up screen (& laptop), replicating tabs titled “Apple Support“. On website address bar indicates “dnvfg.bid”. Users beware. How do I get rid of this or any advise? My malware scan states system is clean. Need help
