How can I charge my phone?

I bought my Iphone X in January this year so its moderately new. However, since yesterday, the charge has been stuck 16%. I tried changing charging sockets and charging through the laptop, cleaning the charging area, etc but it doesnt work. Now the charge is decreasing and there is no way i am being able to charge. Please help

If you've already tried the steps provided in this support guide:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't charge - Apple Support

and you get no help, since your iPX is still on warranty, have it inspected at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:

Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector
