Has anyone else had trouble selecting several photos in iCloud photos, using a PC? I should be able to "control-click" but can only select one at a time for downloading or deleting.
If anyone has a fix for this, I would appreciate it.

hi try this one :
1. dowload icloud to your pc
2. Open i cloud
3. Select Option in Photo Button
4. View icloud photo library > Download your photo
