My iPad was stole I got it back
It’s in lock mode until it’s connected to internet I can’t connect because the person who returned put a passcode on it now I’m trying to connect it to iTunes and iTunes says this iPad can’t connect what do I do
What is the text of the message/prompt that you are getting ? Is your computer's iTunes up-to-date ?

I had a head injury so I cannot always remember my password. Go to support, ask to reset your password. They will begin a password recovery process. Sometimes it only takes a few minutes or in my case it took about 7 days. All the information was explained and write down the time of day and the date you begin this process. Be patien! I have had to do it a few times, Brain injuries are a lot of fun. Good Luc!
