Migrate time capsule to FreeNAS or Apple Server

Well since the Airport and Time Capsule devices are done I have to ask what am I to do with my old backups? Most all software companies make a way to move the data, delete on file, invoke the DB rebuild and have the data in a new location. heck they may even want to merget 2 backup sets!

So is Apple going to have a solution or act like Microsoft and say if enough people die a developer will make the easy button for you problem...
