Can’t I install Amazon Assistant on my iPhone?

I used the Amazon wishlist button all the time to add things from other websites. Amazon now tells me I need to install Amazon Assistant but when I follow the links there’s no install option. Instead I end up at the Apple Safari browser extension page with a link back to where I started. Is this program just for desktops? Can’t I install the Amazon Assistant on my iPhone?
