Can I refund from purchased app

I just cheated by a app from Apple App Store, the app is ‘PixUp ‘ , according to App Store which is a free app, but once I download, it just quickly show only free for trial for 3 days , after that will charge you around US 50 dollars, and you cannot cancel after 3-days trails, that mean once you download this ‘FREE APP’ , it mean bought it already! It is cheating! Can I apply refund for this app? I cannot believe this happened on apple App Store!

Hello Angelhui

You cannot reach Apple directly through these columns as they are manned by volunteers, users, much like yourself.
However, we can help you … but do be aware that although Apple usually treat requests sympathetically where a genuine mistake has occurred, refunds are at Apple’s discretion, not a right.

If you have received an unexpected email advising you of a charge, read this document for guidance.

If you have an APPLE electronic receipt you will see an invitation to ‘Report a problem’.
Report what you say here as your problem and Apple will contact you.

If for some reason you do not have a receipt, follow the instructions in this Apple document where a similar ‘Report a problem’ link is offered. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/ht204084

Where subscriptions are concerned, you should try to spend a few moments reviewing this document which explains how you should view, change or cancel them.
