Low power mode not popping up
whene my battery goes to 20%, the low power mode is not showing up like usually others do. I have to do manually turn on in the settings. And it is so tiring to go to manually turning it on.
Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!

I mean not popping up is the notification when your battery goes to 20%. Usually when your battery goes down by 20%, the notification will pop out in your screen. And it’s up to you to chose “low power mode” or “not now” that thing.

I bought it brand new. Sometimes after I restart my iPhone, the notification will pop out when my battery reaches 20%. And after like 2 days using, there are times that when my phone reaches 20% the notification won’t appear. My battery becomes red (not in power mode). Then when I restart my ohone and when it opens, the notification will appear. That is what I’m doing every time the notification won’t appear. And it so freaking tiring. 😒
Im actually having this same problem on my iPhone 7 plus with the latest iOS. My phone will hit 20% and i wont get a pop up asking if i wanted to turn my phone on low power mode.
Instead, if i want low power mode on, then I have to go to settings and manually do it myself.
Hi guys!
I have the same problem, did anyone solved this issue?
Thanks a lot!
I might have misunderstood your original question.
This is the first time I read about that missing notification. If it doesn't appear when the battery goes down to 20%, I don't have an appropriate answer, since that notification should come directly from the system (I mean that's not managed by any settings).
The only thing I can suggest (to start with) is to make a forced restart of your device. When done, test it.
Now, let me ask you something about your iPhone:
What iPhone model are you using?
Did you buy it new?
What iOS version is currently running on it?
Did you have your battery replaced? When? Was the operation performed at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider?
Thanks and regards.
Giulio
To my knowledge, if you're talking about an iPhone, and if you decide to set "low power mode" on (keeping in mind that it reduces / affects many features on your device), it automatically acts only when your battery charge goes under 80% (and the battery icon turns yellow).

This question has been initially in the Aperture forum.I'm not sure, if it has already arrived in the correct forum. It would really help to know, which device Markiboie is asking about. My Apple Watch does not ask about low power mode, even when the battery drops below 20%, if I am in Theater mode.
Please, read the article I provided in my reply.
If you turn "low power mode" on, it is active when the battery charge goes under 80% (the battery icon turns yellow), and it stays active even when the battery is under 20%. (it is NOT recommended that you leave your battery go under 20%).
If you don't turn "low power mode" on, it won't ever automatically start acting.
If you still have doubts about this feature, don't hesitate to contact us again.

This does not look like a question about Aperture? Are you asking about Apple Watch?
Sorry, I don’t know what to put in the “Community” Box. No, it’s not for the Apple Watch. It’s about my iPhone that is not popping the low power mode when it reaches 20% battery.
