Hi,

Assuming you want the watermark to be text:

Insert a Text box in the document by clicking the Text button.

Enter the text you want to appear in the watermark.

Select the text box and set it to Stay on Page.

Set Text wrap to none.

Adjust font, type colour and size to suit.

Select the text box and use the Arrange section of the Inspector to rotate it if desired.

Position the box where you want it to appear on every page.

Select the box and go Arrange (menu) > Section Masters > Move object to Section Master.

The text will now appear on every page in the current section (Thumbnails shown in sidebar).

User uploaded file

If you have, or create additional sections, the pages in the new section will not be watermarked,

To add the watermark to a new section:

Go Arrange > Section masters > Make Master Objects Selectable

Select the text box. Copy.

Move to a page in the new section.

Paste.

With the text box still selected (and placed at the correct location on the page),

Go Arrange > Section Masters > Move Object to Section Master

Go Arrange > Section Masters > Make Master Objects Selectable (to remove the checkmark on this item).

Barry
