missing media features in windows

Trying to download iCloud on my Samsung Odyssey PC and I keep getting the Media Features not installed error. WTH?!

iPhone 7 Plus, Windows 10, Latest itunes software

Cannot run Media Feature Pack in Windows 10 I want my iCloud account downloaded to my Windows 10. However the iCloud file runs only in Windows 10N. Is there another way to have it run on my Dell pc (Intel Corei3)?
