My iPhone X was stolen then hacked. First they turned off find my iPhone, and now I can’t see this iPhone in the list of my Apple devices. It’s mean that thief hacked my Apple ID. If it’s possible to block that cellphone with serial number or imei?
This is what Apple say you should do when your phone has been stolen. They cannot block the phone for you; find my phone should have been enabled.
They must have your Apple ID password to remove the device. Did you respond to any messages requiring your password after the phone was stolen?
