Bootcamp Manager disappeared after a virus infected my Windows 10

My Windows was infected with a virus which I've been trying to get rid of. But unfortunately, since that happened, I can't find my Bootcamp Manager icon on the Taskbar. It does seem to be turned on but it doesn't appear. And hence I've lost the ability to touch on the touchpad and I have to click on everything instead.

Please help me. This is very frustrating as I've only recently purchased the Windows and installed Bootcamp in the first place.
