Restrict iPhone to dial an international number

On an iPhone there is no way to restrict calling. Anyone using that iPhone can dial any number they wish. If you want restrictions on service set for your account, you’d have to work with your carrier for that.

If you don't want the phone to be able to dial international numbers, you'll need to contact your carrier. They can restrict international dialing. There's no way to do it from the phone itself.
