iPad pro not connecting to wifi

Hello,

I'm really hoping someone can help me on this forum. I'm currently renting a space for business and am unable to sign into wifi with my new device, which is the iPad Pro. I have a google Pixel phone that has no problems signing in, so initially I thought it was an issue with iOS devices; however, today I brought my MacBook laptop in and was able to sign in with no problem at all. Right now I have to use my hotspot on my Pixel phone so I'm able to use my iPad, but it's draining my data. Someone told me to check VPN on settings to make sure it says not connected, which it isn't. I also tried going into my settings to "forget network settings" and that didn't work either. I have no problems connecting to wifi when I'm at home, so it must be the device if I'm able to sign into wifi at my space using other devices.

Any suggestions?

Karen

If you can connect at Home means your iPad is working.

iPad do not discriminate where yours the Wi-Fi, you need to reset your business Wi-Fi router (switch it off for 2minutes)

Try connecting manually (key in the SSID & password yourself)
