Find iPhone and Find My Friends icon apps missing

She will need to search her other app folder or home screen, or general - reset - reset home screen layout.

If the App Store shows an "open" button for the App, it means its already installed.

It may be in a folder or other home page, so you would need find it.

You can use Spotlight search to find the App. If its in a folder it will tell you which one. To open Spotlight, swipe down from the middle of the screen.

Find My iPhone cannot be deleted, or restricted. So again must be in some home screen or folder.

Are there are restrictions enabled in Settings/General/Restrictions? If yes, disable them and try again to start the apps.
