I never experienced this with any other iphone, iphone 6, and 7. I hold the phone with my left hand, and only with the iphone x have i experienced tingling when holding it.
I know its not a health issue, it really only happens when holding the phone. almost feels like a small shock, like continuity with a 9v battery.
It's an iPhone X. It came with a one year warranty. If it's found to be defective, they will replace it, UNLESS, there is some obvious damage visible. If the phone shows any damage they will offer an out of warranty replacement, OR if you purchased AppleCare+ when you bought the phone, you are entitled to two replacements for damaged phones for $99 each over two years.
I've certainly not experienced anything like that with my iPhone X. If it were my phone, I'd schedule an appointment at the Apple Store Genius Bar and have it checked out.
I dont use my phone when plugged in. I charge it in intervals, and never use it while its charging.
Sensation only felt during use. I have had to go back and use my iphone 7 more now since i started to feel this more and more.
Good to know, i had not heard of anyone else having the same experience. I will make make an appointment and have it checked out. If its the phone for any reason, i would certainly pay for replacement if necessary. Thanks for your feedback.
