Brand new Apple TV 4k comes in Spanish

Why does my brand new Apple TV come in Spanish? Even after switching to English, some things continue to be in Spanish. For example, I go to iTunes and the categories for movies are in Spanish, and some in Spanglish (Top Peliculas).

tv play from Spanish to English All Apple TV channels are playing in Spanish Language. Settings as well. Need to convert to English

After switching to English, you can switch languages a second time, this time specifying what kind of English (dialect if you will):
